Tuesdays of Texture | Week 44 of 2015

Every Tuesday I post an image of a texture or the use of a texture and invite you to join in the fun of sharing a detail of your part of the world by linking your own post to this one.

You can also @ naramilee in twitter or instagram if you want to share an image from either platform.

You don’t have to make an exclusive Tuesdays of Texture post, you can find an image during the week and join any day you want and this event is ‘theme free’.

I share contributions on twitter and mention each one the next week.   Hope to see your part of the world!

Went to visit my hometown a few days back for a day and stopped at grandmas.  I’m always amazed by the fact that she is ninety years old and still cooks for everyone.  And still does it better than any of us, of course.

I found this piece of cut mango on her counter top though and thought it was time to dispose it.  I had to take a photo of it’s beautiful thriving fungus first.

Mango fungus.

Not the best quality, but trust me the texture was so enticing I almost played with that fur.  Almost.

Last week we had a lot of awesome participations, do hop around and let them know how cool they are:

Gayle shared beautiful tree bark.  That first tree looks regal.

ladyleemanila shared  a collection of photos.  I just want the door and the chair.

Una vista Di San Ferno shared this beautifully embroidered shirt.  Which I also want.

Jesh shared an impressive image featuring a landscape and a trip story!  Love her trip posts.

klara shared a shot of a yarn bombed fence.  I love yarn bombing.  That should be all the bombing existing in the world.

Land of Images shared a sand shot.  Because I’m not yearning for the beach enough.

Have a beautiful day today.  I’ll be working.   A LOT.  So please, do share pretty bits of your world with me.  I’ll need that.
