Tuesdays of Texture | Week 8 of 2015

Every Tuesday I post a photo of a texture or the use of a texture and share a detail of my part of the world.

Palm trees.  Sand.  Ocean shore.

I kept repeating those three words yesterday as our work day extended well into the evening, after a few hours of sleep and a hard weekend (what is it with weddings and everyone loosing their heads?  My God.  I don’t know how we survived manfriend’s brother’s wedding without major scratches because there were some rough hours in there).

Every transition stage in the business requires adaptation and, who are kidding, a ton of more work hours and much more wine.  So every time there was a silent moment my mind drifted content to a moment under a palm tree in front of the ocean.

And ahhhh.  *insert relaxing breath here*

Lindy shared some beautiful macros of a suspension bridge.  Side note:  I LOVE suspension bridges.

Klara was cat sitting and OMG look at that face!  And he looks so fluffy!

Debbie shared a very modern path.  She also shared a very beautifully texture wall, along with a sort of tiny bit creepy doll. 🙂

Aly got a pretty cool perspective on a crystal …table?  Love the shadows on it.
