Every Tuesday I post a photo of a texture or the use of a texture. In hopes of getting to know a bit more about your part of the world, I invite you to join in the fun of sharing an image of the textures around you by including a link to this post in your own Tuesdays of Texture post. You can find an image you like during the week if you don’t have one today 🙂

It is only in appearance that time is a river. It is rather a vast landscape and it is the eye of the beholder that moves.
Another one from my archives because it’s perfectly textured! When I posted it to flickr (I’ve never featured it in the blog) I used the phrases “It looks alive…” and “…but what is it?” in the description. No one has ever tried to answer, but I highly doubt someone could even come close to guessing what it is, it’s too close.
Which happens so often right? Sometimes we want to scrutinise something to the point where our nose is almost touching the surface of our situations, and from there things can look pretty big and scary. Cue the freak out.
It’s good to remember to take a few steps back and from a distance you might be able to tell that what looks like some sort of yellow biology is just the insulation of a water heater.
Have a great and textured Tuesday! And remember I would love to see a bit of the textures in your part of the world.
