Last week wrap up:
Debbie shared this shot taken in Venice that is so rich in textures you really have to stop by and enjoy it.
Cee’s post is full of colors and textures. I love the shot of the sunflower because of the bright color and detail and the berries, of course, because BERRIES.
“Authors, like coins, grow dear as they grow old:
It is the rust we value, not the gold.”
– Alexander Pope
I have to say that I can’t think of anything rust without thinking about Rusty 🙂
Anyway, rust has it’s charm, right? Coming from the coast I’m used to seeing rust everywhere and embrace it as a sign of something well used, something with history, something that has seen.
Being rusty is not always a bad thing. Cheers to manfriend’s thirty eight birthday. Not to imply that he is rusty. Not at all. 🙂
Every Tuesday I post a photo of a texture or the use of a texture. In hopes of getting to know a bit more about your part of the world, I invite you to join in the fun of sharing an image of the textures around you by including a link to this post in your own Tuesdays of Texture post. You can find an image you like during the week if you don’t have one today 🙂
Have a great Tuesday! Get your textures ready!
