The last time we went to Oliver’s State one of the things that wowed us was the aloe flowers. We had never seen them live before, which is weird because my grandmother has had aloe plants for decades in her home. She even thought they didn’t bloom here.

Then last week I went to see her and the first thing she pointed out outside was this:
Her aloe plants bloomed too! Apparently it takes them like thirty years to do so. That’s some proud flora!
